We have been serving New Mexico businesses for over 20 years.

Why choose Bright Ideas for your promotional products?

We aim for a higher level of customer service because every project is different. Experienced artists and technicians put their eyes on your project during the entire process.

How do we begin?

You may begin any way that works for you. Call or email us with your idea and begin a conversation OR click Shop Now to choose possible products and submit a quote request. An appointment is not necessary but recommended for large projects.  Want to see the real thing? Walk into our Bright Ideas showroom to speak with a sales associate or browse samples in the showroom. Time permitting, we can tour you through our entire production facility. You may bring sketches, photos, samples, the products you want to decorate and sit down with us at our large central meeting table. Even if you have only a vague concept in your head, we will help you develop it and start your free quote.

Your sales associate will help you every step of the way:

1. Helps you pick products that fit your budget and goal
2. Sends you a "proof" to approve before we produce anything
3. Receives your proof approval and gets the production started
4. Monitors production and updates you as needed
5. Coordinates with you on delivery via UPS, USPS or for certain projects, delivery to your site.

Save money when you reorder

Artwork and order records remain on file. Once a digitized file for your artwork is created, we don't have to make it again. Alternatively, you can bring your own vector (.AI) or embroidery (.EMB) file to reduce your costs.

Rush services are sometimes available

It is important that you tell us your in-hands date early on. Some products are decorated on-site, which allows our sales associates to work face-to-face with our production staff and some items we source from national factories to get your product delivered to you on time. We are flexible with pickups and deliveries.
